How It Works:

• Place Your Order – Choose your pendant (with or without a chain).
• Receive Your Kit – We send you a putty and polymer clay impressions kit with step-by-step instructions.
• Take the Impressions – Follow the included guide to capture a clear print.
• Return the Impressions:
  • Swedish customers: Use the pre-paid return label.
  • International customers: Ship the impressions back at your own cost. (See shipping cost estimates below.)
• We Create Your Custom Pendant:
  • EU orders: Processing time is 3-5 weeks.
  • International orders: Processing times vary. Need it faster? Upgrade to Express Postage.

Shipping & Returns

• Swedish customers receive a pre-paid return label.
• International customers must cover the return shipping costs to Sweden.
• Import taxes and customs fees may apply for international orders. These vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Before Ordering a Fingerprint Pendant for a Child Under 12:

• Test the fingerprint by pressing it into häftmassa (Blu Tack) to see if a clear imprint forms.
• Fingerprints can be faint for young children.
• Not recommended for children under 2 years old.
• Successfully tested with my 3-year-old.
