What are your earrings made out of and are the nickel friendly?
My earrings are made out of polymer clay, plexiglass and 925 sterling silver. The studs and hoops are sterling silver on the sterling silver earrings and on all other earrings they are stainless steel, which is nickel safe according to EU standards.
Do you accept returns?
You can return items within 14 days of receiving them. Contact annorlundacreations@gmail.com to start the return process. Return shipping costs 49 SEK, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. You’ll receive a QR code and return shipping label via email. Remember to keep the item in its original condition. Refunds are issued within 5-10 days after inspection. If you want to exchange a product, we’ll cover the return shipping for the first item.
Are your earrings heavy?
No, not at all. The earrings which are made in polymer clay and acrylics are very lightweight, One of the reasons I love the material, you can wear statement earrings without the ear sag.
How much is shipping and so you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Sweden.
