              SHOP-WIDE TERMS & CONDITIONS (EU / SWEDEN)

1. INTRODUCTION & CONTRACT
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 
We operate as an e-commerce business based in Sweden, complying with 
Swedish commercial law and the European Union Consumer Rights Directive.

2. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED GOODS (EXEMPTION FROM WITHDRAWAL)
• Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, goods that 
  are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized 
  (such as our custom footprint, fingerprint, and pet-print jewelry or 
  thermoformed artwork) are EXEMPT from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.
• Once production or impression kit processing has begun, cancellations, 
  returns, or refunds are not accepted for custom items.

3. STANDARD ITEMS & UNOPENED KITS (14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)
For non-custom products (such as standalone chains or un-opened impression kits):
• You have the legal right to cancel and return your order within 14 days 
  from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.
• To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us via email 
  ([Your Business Email]) of your decision using an unambiguous statement 
  or the Model Withdrawal Form provided below.
• Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. 
  Direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer unless faulty.

4. 2-YEAR LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
All physical products sold in our shop are covered by the mandatory 2-Year 
EU Legal Guarantee against defects, faults, or non-conformity. If your item 
arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery 
with photo evidence so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
