Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must fill in the right of withdrawl form on the website.

Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

• Goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons which have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. earrings).

Returns and Complaints

Returned goods must be in their original condition and, where possible, in the original packaging.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at annorlundacreations@gmail.com In such cases, return shipping will be free of charge. Faulty goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Delivery Times

Orders are normally delivered within 3–7 business days within Sweden and 7–14 business days for international deliveries.
