Returns & Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at annorlundacreations@gmail.com within the withdrawal period.

Return shipping costs 49 SEK, which will be deducted from your refund. Once your withdrawal request has been received, we will provide you with a QR code and prepaid return shipping label. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

  • Goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons which have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. earrings).

Returns and Complaints

Returned goods must be in their original condition and, where possible, in the original packaging.

If you wish to exchange a product, we will cover the return shipping costs for the first exchange.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at annorlundacreations@gmail.com In such cases, return shipping will be free of charge. Faulty goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Delivery Times

Orders are normally delivered within 3–7 business days within Sweden and 7–14 business days for international deliveries.

If delivery cannot be made within 30 days, and no other agreement has been made, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
